In this case you may obtain Russian visa yourself or via your tourist agent. However organisers will prepare Invitation Letters upon request (see below).
Economic option for accommodation is presented by hotel type and dormitory rooms of the University Main Building. Hotel type rooms are 2-room boxes for 2 persons with TV and phone and shared bathroom and toilet. Today's rate is 900 RUR per night/person. Main Building is located right in front of Symposium venue (Chemistry department building). Dormitory offers 2-room boxes for 2 persons with shared bathroom and toilet. Today's rate is 500 RUR per night/person.
Reserved number of these hotel type and dormitory rooms is limited. Please send your booking requests to the organisers. Also in both cases you are advised to get the Invitation Letter from the organisers in order to obtain a proper type of visa required for accommodation by MSU reception. Please, download and send back via e-mail the following questionnaire, which will help us to prepare your Invitation Letters. Russian migration authorities charge 500 RUR for each Invitation Letter except for the citizens of European Union. This charge you will pay at the Symposium registration desk.
